Carriers: AULINE uses the CNE/ DHL/ UPS for most shipments, however, we may use other carriers to deliver your order (typically for lipo battery shipments).
Lost Packages: AULINE is not responsible for lost packages. No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system. It is our recommendation to select the Priority Mail option with the United States Postal Service to ensure that packages are not lost, and that you have at least $50 in insurance. Priority Mail has the most reliable package tracking to ensure packages arrive at their specified destination.
Shipping Time & Delays: Unless otherwise indicated, orders received prior to 4 pm with payment received will usually ship that day, unless it is a holiday or non-business day.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and will depend on the carrier. AULINE will not be held responsible for any delays caused by a mail carrier or local postal service.
Return and Exchange Policy
Yes, only if the items are NEW and UNOPENED with manuals, accessories and other items in the original packaging (Keep it new for its second owner).
- Please leave one note for your returns which Marked "Returns" and Your order number (Packing the note in your package when you sent it back, thank you.) and send it back to the following address or dealer's address which you ordered from.

- Return items back in two days (Date from when customer received the orginal package/items) If the item was used when we received the returns we will not refund full cost of item and shipping fee. Please understanding about it, thank you.
- We only accept items of return which was purchased from AULINE online store as long as the item is unopened and unused.
- If the item is defective when you receive the shipment, contact us immediately. We will make refund or sent replacement to you immediately.
- In order to solve the problems as soon as possible please send us photos of your product' problem, a detailed description of your issue and description of what you have already done to fix it.
- You may be required to ship the item back to us. Please obtain a tracking number when returning merchandise.
- We accept no responsibility for lost packages. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, AULINE cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.
- We may not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges on all orders will not be refunded. We reserve the right to replace and refund if we deem that the merchandise has been misused or modified by customer.
- It is highly recommended that you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report any issues BEFORE you try to modify, construct or use the product.
