After sale service of Battery Pack

We support very comfortable after sale service to all customer, please read After-sales service instructions when you get any question with our products.

  1. Within 7 days from the date of sale, if you don’t like it when you received new battery from us or our dealers, please contact us or our dealer and return it back (more info of return policy please click to Shipping & Return page)
  2. Within 30 days from the date of sale, if the new battery product has “Electrolyte leaks, Battery swells, zero voltage battery cells” please contact us or our dealers directly, only need attach your order screenshot and battery picture, we will find it out immediately and send replacement to you for free. Please noted Man-made battery damage is not included in this After-sales service.
  3. After 30 days from the date of sale, if there has problem with our products “Electrolyte leaks, Battery swells, zero voltage battery cells” please feel free contact us, we will also support great after sale service and help customer fix it or support Paid return and exchange service. Please noted Man-made battery damage is not included in this After-sales service.
  4. Please noted batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage, or water damage was has no after sale service supported.

After Sale Service of FPV Backpack

  1. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 5 days of receipt, providing they are unused and in original resalable condition. Once returned and inspected by Auline you will be entitled to receive a refund.
  2. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or are not in original condition.
  3. Important notes on this service: Send us one email before your return the backpack, please share the tracking number with us and let us know there has one backpack will be return back.
  4. Every backpack has "the whole life after sale service" the details as following:
    if backpack has problem during using in 3 months, we will support fix/ exchange service to customer and all extra cost on us;
    if backpack has problem during using after 3 months, we also support fix/ exchange service to customer and extra cost need paid by customer.

  5. Ensure your return is well packaged.
  6. Packages returned to us can take up to 15-20 working days to arrive. Please be take this transport time into refund period. We will refund the full order fee to you directly when we received the package via PayPal. If you require your refund in a hurry, consider sending via Express service (at your own expense).

  1. RMA Terms and Guidelines
    – All returned items must be complete, in resalable condition with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
    – Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
    – Auline cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
    – If returned from outside of China, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. Auline is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
    – After receiving the returned product, we will examine the product and decide following the procedure described in the terms and conditions on au-line.com.
    – Refunds will be handled within 2 days after the product is received.
